Gentle Yoga

Combining gentle movement, breath work, and meditation, this yoga practice is designed to bring some balance to our often hectic yet sedentary lives. With gentle yoga postures, we'll create more ease and relaxation in our bodies. With meditation, breath work, and guided relaxation we'll quiet our minds and reduce stress.

No yoga experience needed.

Please bring a yoga mat. All other props provided but you are welcome to bring your own.

Spring Restorative Yoga

April 6th & May 4th

3-4:30pm

Restorative yoga allows you to rest and fully relax while holding a smaller number of asanas (poses) for longer periods of time than you do normally. Using the aid of props like bolsters and stacks of blankets, you can relax while letting the props do the work of holding you in the asana. We’ll move slowly gently, and stay on the ground the entire practice, concluding with a relaxing pranayama (breath) practice and a long savasana.

No yoga experience needed.

Please bring a yoga mat. All other props provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
