Combining gentle movement, breath work, and meditation, this yoga practice is designed to bring some balance to our often hectic yet sedentary lives. With gentle yoga postures, we'll create more ease and relaxation in our bodies. We’ll use mostly passive poses and stay on the floor most of class. With meditation, breath work, and guided relaxation we'll quiet our minds and reduce stress. This is a very, gentle, laid back class.

No yoga experience needed.

Please bring a yoga mat. All other props provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
