Practical & Profound

I was introduced to Yoga & Ayurveda as a child, first attending yoga classes with my mother. I can’t imagine my life without these bodies of knowledge, which are both practical & profound.

I offer straightforward instruction in the practices of yoga asana (poses), pranayama (breathing practices), and meditation as well as the study of Ayurveda, so that we may find more ease in mind, body, and spirit, and ultimately… find self-realization and true freedom.

I wish to welcome each student where they are in the moment physically, mentally, and spiritually.
